This performance at a local space( The none Gallery), was a chance to share with the spectator that space in which other wise I prefer to be alone.
I'd invited friends and family's. and other willing/curious guests.

Isolation is a mundane thing for the artist, necessarily essential, for creative development. Sharing studio space's has, in the past, been a right fucking drag.Id just moved out lately. After finding out that this free creative space which by hearsay is a safe space for creative minds, was in fact a fucking prison.I couldn't turn the volume up, couldn't walk
,to me that's oppression,
well a house filled with, dikes in denial can do that.

This show allowed me to play, be, and choose not to pay attention to them,. or the other. but to flow through my own zone, but inevitably connected as a social, community.
the crowd was there, they could choose to Love like or hate, or worse see nothing.

I also wanted to demonstrate how I work with  the paint. while i want the natural look i am effectually drawing , marking with precision.in a kinda surreal state. Obviously I failed to get that across as my last consultation with my painting lecturer, his only descriptions are, spilt paint, or why aren't you adding you own thing to it. well fuk you man, , of course he paints totally different, re-representational works. mine are re-presentational only to the spectators sub-conscious. he wants images , connections for spectator to easily connect to,
this is the same debate of the anti-minimalist, and the the complications that come with the lack of handouts, and walk through step by step that minimalism chooses to disgard. individuality is important, others, may think,
marketing. lol . true, artist have to eat.but dont be an art wank cause you think its cool , but be a wank cause you are one.

I draw with paint wet on wet. these assumption s that abstractions or formlessness are purely chance is an old people argument, quite conventional, back in the 1910's(lol).Its not just chance, but feeling, and intuition, the things that a life has embedded itself with, love , hate, the things that give birth to experience.

But know that we are different,
